Our football project is born from the certainty that sports are one of the most powerful tools for inclusion and social transformation. Here at SER Alzira de Aleluia, training goes far beyond the four lines of the field or the court. We have created a safe and family-oriented environment within Vidigal, where children and youth find not only the opportunity to practice physical activity and learn the fundamentals of the sport but also a true space of welcome and protection. It is a place of belonging, where every pass, every dribble, and every goal are celebrated alongside the personal and emotional development of each participant.

Objetivos do Projeto
Garantir Proteção e Acolhimento: Oferecer um refúgio seguro e estruturado na comunidade, mantendo nossas crianças e adolescentes em um ambiente de cuidado, escuta e respeito mútuo.
Promover a Saúde e o Desenvolvimento Físico: Incentivar a prática esportiva regular, melhorando o condicionamento físico, a coordenação motora e a qualidade de vida de forma lúdica e saudável.
Desenvolver Valores para a Vida: Trabalhar, através da dinâmica do jogo, princípios essenciais como trabalho em equipe, disciplina, responsabilidade, empatia e saber lidar com vitórias e frustrações.
Fortalecer os Laços Comunitários: Construir uma grande família, onde os jovens se sintam parte de um grupo que os apoia e os valoriza, fortalecendo a identidade, a autoestima e o orgulho de ser do Vidigal.
